General terms

By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or submit personal data.

Eligibility

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations under these terms without prior written consent.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can take appropriate measures to secure your account.

NotaryNowWeb may suspend or restrict access to accounts where there is suspected misuse, security risk, or where required to comply with legal obligations.

Services provided

NotaryNowWeb offers online appointment booking, document submission guidance, and coordination with certified notaries in Malaysia. Service availability, scope, and fees are described on the website and in any service-specific communications.

We may modify services, features, or fees from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the site or communicated to users. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Service availability may be affected by operational factors, local public holidays, or regulations. NotaryNowWeb makes reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but does not undertake to provide uninterrupted access.

User responsibilities and rules

When using NotaryNowWeb you agree to follow these rules:

  • Do not submit forged, fraudulent, or unlawful documents.

User content

User content includes documents, messages, and materials you upload or transmit to NotaryNowWeb in connection with services.

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in content you provide, subject to the rights you grant to NotaryNowWeb to process and transmit such content for service delivery.

By submitting content you grant NotaryNowWeb a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, reproduce, and transmit such content as necessary to provide the requested services and to comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights and that you have authority to submit the content for notarial processing.

NotaryNowWeb may remove or refuse to process content that appears to violate these terms, is unlawful, or poses a security risk. We will notify you when feasible and provide reasons if appropriate.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, and software, is owned or licensed by NotaryNowWeb. You may not reproduce or use site content except as expressly permitted by these terms or with prior written consent.

  • Do not copy or distribute site content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or attributions on site materials.
  • Report suspected intellectual property infringements to [email protected].

Paid services

Certain features and notary coordination services involve fees. Prior to payment you will be provided with applicable pricing and payment terms.

Prices are as stated on the site or in communications and are quoted in the specified currency. Taxes and third-party fees may apply where required by law.

Payments are processed using secure third-party payment providers. You must provide accurate billing information. NotaryNowWeb does not store full payment card details.

If a service is offered on a subscription basis, subscription terms will be disclosed. You can cancel recurring services in accordance with the cancellation provisions.

Refunds, if any, are handled case by case according to the service terms. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and whether work has been performed.

You may cancel a paid service in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at the time of purchase or in follow-up communications.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases, based on your jurisdiction and tax status.

NotaryNowWeb may update pricing. Price changes for ongoing services will be communicated in advance when reasonably practicable.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services and recovery actions as permitted by law.
